Steps on Reservation

OWN-A-BLOOMFIELD HOME GUIDE

  1. Conduct site visit and be assisted by salespersons assigned at the site regarding available inventories, project amenities, product information, details, and updates.
  2. Pay reservation fee at the bank from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and submit the following initial requirements to your salesperson:
    1. Completely filled-up and signed Reservation Agreement (RA);
    2. Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS) and;
    3. Valid ID3
  3. WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM RESERVATION DATESubmit the following documents to your salesperson at our Marketing Sales Office:
    1. Completely filled-up and signed Membership Validation Slip (MSVS)and Preliminary Loan.Counseling Questionnaire (PLCQ); and
    2. Completely filled-up and signed Housing Loan Application (HLA) (4 sets)*Buyer’s Pag-IBIG MID No. must be indicated on all abovementioned documents.
  4. WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM RESERVATION DATEFor easy and smooth home loan application, Bloomfield processes your loan.  Simply submit the following documents to your salesperson at our Marketing Sales Office:
    1. Photocopy (front and back) of any valid Government issued ID/s and Company ID with three (3) specimen signatures
    2. Photocopy of either Tax Identification No. (TIN) or BIR Form 1904
    3. 4 pcs. (1×1) picture
    4. Marriage Contract, if married
    5. Birth Certificate, if single
    6. Proof of Billing Address or Barangay Clearance
    7. Post Dated Checks to cover the required monthly installments on processing fees/equities
    8. Income Documents
  5. MOVING DAYJust wait for our notice and move-in to your new home upon loan take-out. Conduct house visit and pay the required move-in fees.Upon compliance, enjoy your home and savor your new investment!

  4. Proof of Billing Address / Barangay Clearance

IF SELF-EMPLOYED

  1. Business Name (DTI-Certified) or SEC Registration
  2. Articles of Incorporation and By-laws with SEC Registration Certificates
  3. Business Permits
  4. ITR with Audited Financial Statements
  5. Bank Statements for the past six (6) months
  6. Other documents that would validate source of income

IF OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKER (OFW)

  1. Employment Contract (with English Translation if in foreign language)
  2. COE Authenticated by Philippine Consulate (direct hired)
  3. Original Proof of Remittances
  4. Photocopy of Passport
  5. Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA), for local accounts and Consularized SPA for international accounts (if applicable)*Email-address of employer must be provided for verification purposes
